Terms and Conditions – General

PAYMENT:

Product purchased- must have payment received prior to delivery of product.

REFUNDS:

FIFO QANDA  – Full refund policy
The customer must inspect the goods on delivery and shall within 48hrs of delivery notify;

FIFO QANDA in writing, through email to: FIFO QANDA at admin@fifqanda.com  Immediately of any defect, shortage / difference of quantity, incorrect product and or sizing received according to purchase order / invoice. The goods must be returned within 7 days of notification and the exact same state as delivered. i.e. postage packaging, product packaging, swing tags attached, item not to have been worn. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED WILL BE ADDRESSED AND STATED IN WRITING BY FIFO QANDA  and provided to the customer.

Postage and Handling refunds; The customer must pay for postage and handling and will not be reimbursed of a returned product except where:
Return of the product is due to a fault with in the product, shortage / difference of quantity, incorrect product and or sizing received according to purchase order / invoice, due to mishandling from FIFO QANDA.

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 you may seek a refund if goods:

  • are or become faulty through no fault of your own
  • are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
  • don’t match our description or sample
  • have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

However, the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked for proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault. If you prefer an alternative to a refund, we can arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired. A store credit may be offered at our discretion. Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.     Where a product is damaged through no fault of your own when delivered to you, contact the supplier for action required to make a claim.
Compensation Policy

For product advertised and sold with a manufacturer’s warranty, it is more efficient if you first contact the manufacturer or their representative for replacement or repair under the warranty terms.

If the manufacturer does not comply, or is unable to comply with its warranty, you should direct your enquiries to the supplier. It is their responsibility to determine if the product does, or does not, meet the warranties and conditions. If not the terms on the suppliers web site will determine your entitlements.
